We share information with service providers that help us operate AppealPilot, only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Stripe for payment processing;
  • SendGrid (or similar email delivery providers) for transactional and service-related email; and
  • ATTOM and other data partners for property and comparable-sales data used to support appeal research and package generation.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (for example, a merger), subject to applicable requirements.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and legal requirements. When retention is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information in accordance with our practices and applicable law.
